I didn’t read
about sales.
I lived it.
I started in sales the hard way — no playbook, no pipeline handed to me, no warm market. Just a quota and a territory across LATAM where building trust takes longer than anywhere else and buyers can smell a script from across the room.
Over 15 years, I worked my way from individual contributor to Country Manager. I carried P&L responsibility. I built sales teams from scratch. I closed infrastructure deals worth millions in industries — energy, mining, telecoms — where a bad call doesn’t just cost you the deal, it costs you the relationship for a decade.

What I noticed along the way: most sales problems aren’t people problems. They’re system problems. Wrong ICP. Broken qualification criteria. No follow-up cadence. Reps improvising because nobody built the process.
SellMeWell is what I built because I got tired of watching good companies leave revenue on the table. Not because their team couldn’t sell — because nobody had ever designed the machine around them.
